February is a month full of goodness! First of all, it’s National Canned Food Month and February 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day. We’re getting inspired by the giving holidays this month and hosting a Food Drive for Greensboro Urban Ministry!
You can drop off any of the following items at our location to be donated to the Greensboro Urban Ministry to help feed the hungry in our community:
Canned Fruits & Vegetables:
- Sweet peas
- Green beans
- Tomatoes
- Fruit
- Mixed beans
- Mixed vegetables
- Corn
- Applesauce
Protein / Entree:
- Canned meat
- Boxed mac & cheese
- Canned soup
The following items are provided in a supplemental bag when available:
- Rice
- Dry beans
- Peanut butter (18 oz.)
- Crackers
- Oatmeal
- Ramen Noodles
